The house reflects her history and cultural identity, which are strongly influenced by Brazilian Interior Design.
Stepping into Anitta’s house in Rio de Janeiro is a surprising and inspiring experience. The project, a result of a strong partnership with the renowned Brazilian firm Studio Ro+Ca, was completed in six months through virtual meetings, a testament to their quality and expertise.
We invite you to join us on this journey and explore the essence of Brazilian Interior Design. From using vibrant colors to incorporating natural materials, Brazilian design celebrates cultural heritage, creativity, and authenticity. Each corner of Anitta’s house uniquely expresses Brazilian craftsmanship, natural textures, and warm, inviting tones.

Studio Ro+Ca
Studio Ro+Ca is a renowned Brazilian design firm known for its innovative approach to Brazilian Interior Design. Focusing on combining contemporary aesthetics with traditional Brazilian elements, the studio creates functional spaces deeply rooted in cultural heritage. Their work is characterized by a harmonious blend of craftsmanship, natural materials, and bold colors, reflecting the vibrancy of Brazil.
Through thoughtful design and an unwavering commitment to authenticity, Studio Ro+Ca has become a key player in redefining modern Brazilian interior design, making it a global reference for those seeking to incorporate Brazil’s soul into their homes.

The Brazilian Heritage
Upon entering the residence, a spacious reception hall immediately impresses. The space’s highlight is a mosaic mural of blue and orange, representing children from the favelas accompanied by angels. This striking artwork is a visual masterpiece and a heartfelt tribute to the artist’s humble origins.
Strategically placed throughout the house, symbols and elements of the Yoruba religion constantly remind the artist of deep spiritual connection. A box filled with stones and crystals, carefully positioned on the floor, infuses the environment with a unique energy.

Living Room
On the ground floor, a living space features the iconic Mole chair by Sergio Rodrigues and other pieces of Brazilian art. The choice of elements was not random but a personal curation by Anitta, who insisted that her home reflect her roots and culture.
A clay artwork created by women in vulnerable situations in northern Brazil enriches the living room, which is integrated with the garden.

Dining Room
The dining room, located further ahead, stands out with a handmade Brazilian chandelier representing an orisha, symbolizing a blessing for the meals. The large table was designed to accommodate the entire family, making it a place for gatherings, especially during celebrations.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom, a haven of tranquility, was designed as a true zen sanctuary, showcasing the calming principles of Brazilian Interior Design. It offers a peaceful and introspective environment, resembling a cave. The bed, strategically positioned so that it seems to embrace the sleeper, enhances the feeling of tranquility.
One of the project’s most significant hurdles was the bathroom, which materialized Anitta’s dream: a space entirely clad in pink marble, conveying femininity and lightness while reflecting the subtlety and elegance inherent in Brazilian design. Overcoming this challenge was a testament to the team’s dedication and creativity.
