Inside AD100 Kelly Wearstler’s Project: A Mid-Century Modern Bungalow

Kelly Wearstler is a world-renowned interior designer known for her ability to create elegant and bold spaces. Find out details about her latest project, Marlboro Residence in Los Angeles. Over three decades, Wearstler, who is on the AD100 List, has established herself as a global reference in design, bringing refinement and authenticity to her work. As one of the few women to win awards in a male-dominated industry, Wearstler can be considered a pioneer in a success story. Kelly Wearstler is a designer who values the importance of a home as a space for relationships and love, proof of which was accepting the challenge of redesigning a classic 1960s California bungalow in Brentwood. Just as no two people in the world are alike, each project designed by the professional is unique and personalized. Wearstler is known for channeling her clients’ desires into her creations and is committed to listening. In her Marlboro Residence project in Los Angeles, the designer used elements of the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic to compose an environment that is both welcoming and full of personality. The spaces were created to reflect the life of its inhabitants with an aesthetic marked by textured colors and vintage elements. Get to know more details about the project: Kelly Wearstler And The Mid-Century Modern Aesthetic One of the main influences of Kelly Wearstler’s aesthetic is the Mid-Century Modern movement, which emerged in the United States in the 1950s. This style is characterized by simplicity, elegance, and functionality, strongly emphasizing using natural materials such as wood, glass, and metal. By incorporating elements of the mid-century modern aesthetic into her designs, Kelly Wearstler creates timeless and modern spaces, with a unique visual that is difficult for other designers to replicate. The Marlboro Residence is a perfect example of Wearstler’s ability to combine distinct styles to create a luxurious yet welcoming space. The four-bedroom, six-bathroom home is a spacious space with white walls that highlight the vibrant colors and textures of the materials used. The designer mixed vintage and modern elements, creating a sense of balance and harmony between old and new. The Marlboro Residence Project Walking through the Marlboro Residence, you can see that every detail was carefully thought out by Wearstler, who wanted to make the passion of the couple of owners one of the central points of the decoration. The use of natural materials such as wood, leather, and stone appear throughout the house, whether in the furniture, finishes, or decorative details. Wood, in particular, is a material that often appears on walls, ceilings, and floors, bringing a touch of warmth and coziness to the environment. The choice of fabrics and textures was also carefully thought out by the designer. She used soft and textured fabrics, such as velvet and wool, to create a feeling of comfort and coziness. These materials are combined with geometric prints and vibrant colors, creating an atmosphere of joy and optimism. THE LIVING AREAS Remember that for AD 100 Kelly Wearstler, every piece of information matters? Considering that the proprietors like to spend time together as a family, they wanted to have both formal and more intimate spaces in the house. Thus, one of the living rooms has a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, with creamy tones highlighted by a bay window that brings California sunlight into the room. The formal living room is decorated with custom furniture and emphasizes the couple’s art collection, with objects that combine art and design. Highlights include a sculptural console in saffron tones, a handmade rug, a ceramic chair commissioned from artist Reinaldo Sanguino, and a special fabric upholstering the sofa and armchairs. In addition, a neon artwork by Tavares Strachan with the message “We are in this together” sits behind the sofa, while a bronze piece by Nick Cave, called Chaplet, hangs over the fireplace with an almost romantic – but politically misleading – floral structure. In the spacious kitchen, dark wood floors frame the space, which features a combination of white tones and a platinum quartzite island. “The really refined, broad stroke movement of the marble makes it so much more dynamic,” says Wearstler in an interview for Vogue Living. The designer’s ability to subtly add a mid-century modern aesthetic to each room is impressive. For the – stunning – dining room, Wearstler couldn’t have been more dedicated: vintage chairs accompany a beautiful 10-seat dining table made and stone, which contrasts perfectly with the choice of hanging chandelier, and the sideboard and cabinet set. THE MASTER BEDROOM Typical mid-century modern aesthetics, the master bedroom was designed to be a true invitation to relaxation, with warm tones of burnt ochre and golden brown. The walls have been covered with a beautiful pine tree, which offers views of the house’s landscaping, giving the feeling of being in a “tree house.” The room is an example of Wearstler’s characteristic approach, which mixes old and new elements to create a sense of depth and soul in the space. The room includes contemporary finds as well as classics, such as Mario Bellini Pianura armchairs and vintage Italian bedside lamps. Finally, stone plays a vital role throughout the house, but it is in the master suite bathroom that it stands out. Using Ceppo Beige, the element was used in the composition of almost the entire room including sinks, walls, floor and a one-piece sculpted bathtub. “We wanted to ensure that the bathtub offered the perfect comfort and form,” concludes Kelly Wearstler. Get inspired by the look: The Mid-Century Modern aesthetic, used with subtlety and sophistication, was one of the elements that contributed to the creation of this contemporary and timeless atmosphere. We selected some pieces inspired by the look to complete your decoration:  As seen, the Marlboro Residence project is a demonstration of Kelly Wearstler’s ability to combine distinct styles to create a unique and welcoming space. The result is a Mid-Century Modern aesthetic home that reflects the personality of its owners and is a true example of good taste and elegance. Now that

Celebrities know how to throw a party and know that the best moments always happen around a table. Feed your eyes and soul on these 10 celebrity dining room design ideas. DITA VON TEESE Known for her unique appreciation for anything vintage, Dita Von Teese’s home reflects her personality – maximalist and charismatic. In the dining room of her Tudor Revival property in Los Angeles, the burlesque star teamed with interior designer Caroline Lizzaraga, who she reached out to on Instagram, to design a dining room inspired by the red and blue colors on the bottle of her favorite perfume, Lou Lou by Cacharel. Dita Von Teese decided to paint her celebrity dining room with colors that have a strong emotional value to the artist. What are your colors? What colors would you put on your dining room walls and custom-made furniture? HUGH JACKMAN AND DEBORRA-LEE FURNESS Airy, serene, and packed with sculptural objects. It was Deborra-Lee Furness‘s dream to create her and Hugh Jackman’s family home from scratch. The house is located in East Hampton and has modernist bones and an ethereal view. Inside, the interior owns an undisturbed neutral palette and every room is decorated with functional yet artistic furniture pieces. Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness’s dining room has a dining room with an irregular shape and is surrounded by varied seating options. Play with irregular shapes and different types of seating for recreating this celebrity dining room design. ASHLEY TISDALE Ashley Tisdale’s peaceful dining room in her airy home in Los Angeles was created around the modern suspension lamp. While many pick the dining table and chairs first, that came secondary for Ashley. The bubbly lamp above the custom-made dining table was the first object to be chosen and installed in this airy and fresh mid-century modern dining table. Therefore, the stylish lighting fixture is the conversation starter in Ashley Tisdale’s dining room. Get the celebrity dining room look with a modern lighting fixture that embellishes the eating space and feeds the eyes of your guests. MARK RONSON Mark Ronson’s home in Los Angeles exhales eccentricity. Black painted ceiling, extravagant animal print wallpaper and brass fixtures give Mark Ronson’s dining room a much-needed golden gleam. This eccentricity is repeated around his mansion, the epitome of 1930s Hollywood glam. The dining table in Mark Ronson’s Hollywood Regency style dining room is long and has round corners. The tabletop and the lighting fixture add the proper opulence. To balance the design, the dining chairs are slightly more discreet but still have a sculptural shape. Combine simple furniture with lavish objects for a glamorous celebrity dining room design. READ ALSO: WHAT IS HOLLYWOOD REGENCY STYLE? NIKOLAJ COSTER-WALDAU It took 15 years working in Hollywood before Nicolaj Coster-Waldau decided to buy a second home for himself and his family. The Danish actor best know for giving life to Jamie Lannister in Game Of Thrones took as much Denmark as he could to Hollywood Hills. The Kingslayer hired two Danish designers, Lonnie Castle and Birgitta Nellemann, to make the interior of the Californian mid-century modern house as Scandinavian as it gets. At Nicolaj Coster-Waldau’s dining room, minimalism slays. To design a Scandinavian dining room like a Hollywood celebrity, make a wood dining table king and surround it with modern dining chairs with a clean shape. On the one hand, Armstrong and his wife own a contemporary museum-worthy art collection with names like Shepard Fairey, Tom Sachs, Yoshitomo Nara, Ruscha, and Bansky. Roy W. Materanek was the artist on duty to design a practical and comfortable interior. Lance Armstrong’s celebrity dining room samples the rest of his house – packed with wood, browns, reds and yellows, and the merge of Art Deco and mid-century modern furniture. Inside the Renovated Redwood House in San Francisco

In the competent hands of Studio Terpeluk, the historic Redwood House embraces a new fascinating appearance for its new art lover owners. Located in Noe Valley, in one of the most picturesque neighborhoods, in the heart of San Francisco, Redwood House, designed by the architect Albert Lanier in 1974, was initially designed as a house for a family. Today it is home to a couple of artists who contacted Studio Terpeluk to preserve the original structure but simultaneously expand the space of the house while giving it a new modern look.  The house is defined by its geometry, wood interiors, and outdoor green spaces. These were things that Brett Terpeluk, a long-time collaborator of Renzo Piano and founder of Terpeluk Studio, had considered maintaining while finding the best way to integrate new design elements and concepts to balance the historical aspect of the house with the personality and needs of the new owners. One of the main challenges for Studio Terpeluk was to create communication between the spaces. The exterior and interior of Redwood House had to converse easily with each other. The idea was to create a continuation between each area for a smooth transition from the living area to the garden and vice-versa, all in collaboration with the surrounding greenery. For the exterior, they had help from the landscape architect Monica Viarengo, who managed to create a perfect space considering the area’s urban landscape. All the beautiful greenery brings to the interior a new feel and vitality.  Redwood House Interior Design Colors Redwood House’s first floor is where the main living spaces are, the living room, the kitchen, and a home office. All these areas are filled with natural light because of massive floor-to-ceiling windows. An interesting game of pastels also stands out for its unique mixture of different tonalities of wood, pink, and baby blue colors. All or at least most of the furniture were customized to perfectly match the design of creating a truly relaxing environment for daily living.  While on the second floor are the bedrooms, the guest bedrooms on one side, and on the other side of the house are the main pastel bedrooms, mostly in pink tonalities. The color scheme is influenced by the eclectic art collection of the owners. And as a true ‘Appassionato’ for Italian design and bravery in color expression, Terpeluk loved this project. He also invited the designer Beatrice Santiccioli to help fulfill the house with the right chromatic language and elements. The protagonist of the living room is a very special sculpture designed by the Chinese artist Wanxin Zhang. In a unique choice of color, pastel pink, this sculpture of a soldier is a marriage between historical references and a contemporary cultural context. The sculpture absolutely dominates the space, completely breaks the monochromatic neutral palette, and brings to the Redwood House, the right amount of light and brightness to the room. It is also what first greets you getting into the house; you can see the unique sculpture piece at the end of the corridor. The rest of the first floor also exhibits pastel-colored elements that make the house that much cozier. The Redwood House was a complex project, and the final design was a gorgeous space that perfectly matched its owners’ style and needs. Terpeluk Studio was able to preserve the originality of the Redwood House as first designed by Albert Lanier. The style is a mix of different elements that match magically well together. The wood details, the bespoke furniture pieces, and the floor plan allow the light to brighten the interiors with that touch of color and modernism, making this timeless design perfect for its new owners. Peek Inside This Incredible Midcentury House in Los Angeles

The renovation of this midcentury house in Los Angeles has a particular detail: it was a collaborative family project, resulting in a stunning layout. For Brandon Creed, the opinions of his parents were always important – special when the topic was house. Since the rentals for university, he always asked for his parent’s advice. He also counted on the couple when he sought a perfect house in Los Angeles. In 2018 the trio visited a midcentury Laurel Canyon property, which was different from what Brandon was looking for; but her mother encouraged him that it would be a perfect home. Before the midcentury house in Los Angeles became Brandon’s ideal home, restoring work was necessary. Brandon hired Design Universal Architects for this task, who accomplished the job perfectly. For the interior and to active the perfect personal space, Brandon counted on her mother and also interior designer Shari Creed from Studio Creed. Son and mother worked together to make the interior a memorable space with personality. For Brandon, having his mother as an interior designer helped to bring more soul to the space. The work of mother and son was collaborative, Brandon shared photos from his travels with Shari and helped her to understand what he would love for the interior, but above all, they trusted each other to turn the space into a remarkable one. For Shari, interior design should tell a story, and working on his son’s house was perfect – cause she had known him for a lifetime and could translate it into the interior. Shari recalls Brandon’s sense of home and love of entertaining friends in this home layout. The work of son and mother guarantees the perfect space for Brandon – who now lives with his wife and two-year-old son in this house in Los Angeles. Brandon believes that some renovation looks all the same – but here, it was different- the process took good care of the place and added unique details. Some of the highlights of the renovation are the primary suite and deck – once an unfinished 90s guesthouse, the pool area that now is a bold space with an outdoor bar and pizza oven, and the luxury kitchen. These spaces are stunning and show that the teamwork of son and mother was wonderful. This house in Los Angeles also has space for a steel and stucco gallery built by Team Creed in an empty part of the property and places Brandon’s art collection. Some art pieces can also be found around the house, showing Brandon’s aesthetic tastes and helping to create a unique space. The entry of this home is a peek of its inside – an incredible mix of furniture, textures, and styles. For Shari, her favorite spot in this project is the bold entry where she managed urnes from Brandon’s grandparent’s farm in the bord of the stairs that combine with the custom-designed exterior doors made of raw steel and recycled wood. A brave welcoming for an authentic home. This house in Los Angeles is more than a beautiful midcentury home – it’s a place full of personality and bold decisions. The work of son and mother result in a magnific layout that covers all of Brandon’s needs and desires in a sentimental and personal design. DO YOU LOVE INTERIOR DESIGN? This West Village townhouse is the dream home of a family of five – a couple that raised their three children in an apartment on the Upper East Side and felt that was the time to change for a dreamy place. The choice was the bohemian neighborhood and a historical 9th-century Greek house. The couple signed the architect Steven Harris for the floor plan transformation. To receive the new family, Harry and his team took advantage of every house space. In the main bedroom and kitchen, they extend it through the garden. A basement space also was added during the renovation, where now is a space for music and a gym. In the living room, the architect level the patio with the front door, giving the visitor the sensation of entering a garden. Another point that makes this a unique house is that all home areas have collectible design pieces. Inside a Charming Beach Home in California

This charming beach home gets attention from the impressive views of the ocean and the modern interior full of luxury and art objects. This beautiful house in Newport Beach from 1927 can share many stories. It was the middle of the 50s when Robert Beauchamp moved with his family to this beach home. At this time, this impressive dwelling at the top of the Balboa Peninsula had few neighbors to share the stunning view. A new chapter of the Beauchamp family and the charming beach house started again in the middle of the 2000s, when Robert Beauchamp’s young son- David Beauchamp, who now is 74, needed to move to the home during the construction of his beach house in China Cove. But after spending four years living again at the family home – David and his wife fell in love with the place. After fulfilling the China Cove house, the couple decided to sell it and buy out the Balboa Peninsula House as their primary home. They also decided to remodel the house and counted on the Magni Kalman Design firm and the EBTA Architects for the renovation. During the renovation work, the owners had something clear: they wanted to keep the integrity of the house and preserve its nostalgia. Even with a contractor that tried to encourage the couple to level the house, they decided to maintain the original roof and brick façade. But still, some changes in the layout happened to match the owner’s demand: an upstairs sleeping porch was transformed into a guest room, and a balcony and staff kitchen was converted into a living area. A highlight of this charming beach house is the stunning view – almost everywhere you look is water, giving the place a sense of indoor-outdoor continuity. To match the incredible scenario, the designers choose to go with a nude palette color and organic materials – like wool, silk, and leather. This beach house also has a lot of space for the art collection from the Beauchamps. The couple loves art, and they had the help of the adviser Michal E Thomas to increase their collection, including work from artists such as Kehinde Wiley, Takashi Murakami, Joyce Pensato, and Mark Grotjahn. In the end, the renovation of this beautiful beach home shows a luxury space without losing the beach atmosphere – where the peace from the ocean seems to reflect on the interior. Inside A 100-Year-Old Renovated House In Dallas

Inside A 100-Year-Old Renovated House In Dallas

Step Inside This Stunning Renovated House Designed By Chad Dorsey Located in Dallas, Texas This charming country house situated in the Dallas neighborhood of Highland Park was a challenge. After arriving in Texas in September 2020, the owners needed to be moved to their new home within five months.  Maybe you can think that well and fast are two words that don’t combine, but it was not the case for this centenary property. This renovated house is the live proof that in the right hands, you can have both, reaching a stunning result.  In this case, the responsible was Chad Dorsey, the interior designer who transformed the old house into an outstanding contemporary masterpiece. The 6,500-square-foot renovated house required strategic thinking since the Manhattan family has a museum-worthy collection in order to know how to integrate their art collection into the existing space. With the pandemic delays that could reach lead times of more than nine months, everything needed to be as fast as possible. This resulted in the fact that they only had approximately four weeks for the design concept and the rest of the four months were to pull it all off and get the home ready to dwell. Even without a pandemic situation, it would be challenging to accomplish a big project in such a short time period. And evidently, the circumstances were not the greatest, so it was a big defiance. The AJUI ARMCHAIR would also make a great fit in this luxurious living room: The owners and Dorsey were aligned since the beginning, and the designer understood their situation perfectly. Usually, the deadlines help to accomplish the project. It gives focus and motivation to do it in time. It was a big challenge for Dorsey, and instead of losing his mind, as some decorators might have done, he viewed it as a fun experience. It was very hard, especially looking for things that would only take three months to get. With the race officially initiated, Dorsey nodded to strategies such as vintage shopping, which helped the designer due to its immediate availability and because it’s possible to find unique and special pieces. As the family has avid art collectors, they already had stupendous items in their position that really helped to complete the project, from paintings to furniture. As those pieces suggest, the client’s taste is pretty modern. The renovated house is differentiated by its outstanding statement pieces such as the reflective console table and the impressive grey puffer sofa that snakes through the living room. The renovated house’s principal obstacle was the recondition and improvement of the kitchen – a vestige of the home’s previous single owner, who was usually out of the home. It’s an essential space for the family to have dinner and hang out. The mudroom, cooking zone, and breakfast nook were merged into one open and lively kitchen during the second phase of the renovation. A welcoming environment spreads throughout the ground level, where the public areas are placed – the sitting room and a bar room. Although neutral tones were chosen throughout the majority of the home, the bar was painted in a rusty shade of orange. The dining room is where the striking black polished table anchors the space. The designer fashioned a glass top that prevents plates, glasses, and silverware from sliding through the platform’s inherently sloping surface. The bedrooms with high ceilings are likewise loaded with stunning and exquisite furnishings. They are also more practicable, such as the bed in the guest room, which suits perfectly when it comes to attractiveness and accessibility. The guest room carries on a layer of rustic texture thanks to a vaulted timber ceiling studded with knots and burls. The project encloses the qualities the client expressed he desired when choosing an interior designer – a contemporary sensibility and a lasting sense of comfort. They wanted a livable vibe in the renovated house, even among statement pieces and magnificent artworks. . ARE YOU INTO INTERIOR DESIGN? The gallerists enter the project and offer a complete service of art collection directed to the clients. As a result the house as a whole counts with 60 artworks from 27 artists and gallerists across 15 cities. The pieces displayed were personally chosen to match the overall environment without being blank with no personality but, on the opposite, adding to the space atmosphere. This project was an example of the results that can be achieved if all the team are on the same page. The conversation worked out smoothly in which they curated diverse genres, scales, and mediums to create a bond of trust and confidence. There was a place for the over-scaled contemporary work of Melbourne-based Mark Roper down to small, classic oil paintings by Danielle Mooney, a South African artist which left a big statement in this home. The architectural features of the property, such as its swatches of glazing, high ceilings, and a central triple-height void, are highlighted by the placement of every piece that was chosen personally to serve a purpose strategically. The immaculate construction detailing, and material and color of the election combined to create an entire domestic experience where art is merged with life in Melbourne. They found it in a 1920s building in the Parisian London’s Marylebone neighborhood. It is a charming two-bedroom apartment replete with period details, such as original moldings and parquet flooring. The architect Scott Maddux worked on the original features of the house and has provided a timelessness and full of personality style to the apartment. The architect started his journey three decades ago when he was relocated to London, which this expressed with a lot of expertise on this project. Both the floors, which they sanded down for a bare-looking finish and the Haussmannian-style moldings feel very Parisian. All over the place, the designer played with the idea of making the people wonder what is new and what is original to the house structure which the homeowner adventurous vibes helped as they were very receptive to the more artistic and even crazier ideas of bringing London and Paris together in one place. In fact, the designer presented creative solutions abounding home away from home. The clients were slowly building their art collection and during this project, they weren’t really sure how much time the walls would be kept blank so the team decided to embrace it and turn it into something interesting. On this project, the designer has collaborated with the firms’ co-founder, Joanna Le Gleud, a textile designer turned decorator. For instance, in the main room, where the sitting and dining areas are included, was used a subtle combination of paint shades to layer shapes over the existing wall paneling scheme inspired by the artist Ben Nicholson and his way of layering the colors. It’s not something that intuitive but after a closer loom can be spotted a gradual transition around the room which might be risky but as it is not obvious, the homeowners won’t be bored of it that easily. Maddux and Le Gleud tried a different color technique in the adjoining library, which can be closed off from the main living space with sliding glass doors. In this distinct sitting room, were used 3 different shades of green highlighting the original moldings. The room has good solar exposure in which this technique looks like shadows rather than paint turning this original feature into something modern and actual. If this is not enough, the house count with a small galley kitchen and two bedrooms, there are two suite baths and a powder room overflowed with drama. For the powder room, the co-founders conceived a unique sketch-like mural that extends onto the vanity itself. In addition, in each one of the suite baths, are displaced an intricate mosaic floor Jean Cocteau murals-inspired. There is a mosaic on the front step of the building and beautiful stained glass in the staircase and to keep it in the same register the team was aiming to pull those colors and details into the interior as a nod to the ’20s. The designer explained his intentions on this project and the flow through the ambients was one of the big concerts as the floor pattern sort of dances around the objects in the room creating a playful environment that both designers and clients agreed on. We can say that with this project, the perfect harmony, and marriage between the old and new Parisian London home can be achieved and this partnership between the homeowners and designers was the perfect match for the occasion. Take a Look at this Brilliant Merge of Contemporary to Gothic Style Mansion In NY

This article will show you the amazing contemporary to gothic interior decoration from a house located in Tivoli, NY designed by Ghislaine Viñas. One of the most recognized and powerful handcrafts of a designer is moderation. Is a fact that is not every time in every circumstance as this mansion proves being considered a gothic majestic mansion designed and remodeled recently by Ghislaine Viñas that makes us rethink and want to change everything and attend the most eclectic tastes in contemporary art and design. Located in between hills and dramatic trees on the bucolic city of Tivoli, near the Hudson River, in NY, was built a house in 1850 of 6.500 square feet recently massively renovated by Trimble Architecture, a Pamela Burton landscaper project. The house was meticulously renovated and the structure was in really good conditions which allow the team to only change the truly needed. In the end, Viñas and the clients decided to take it slowly and be careful. At the beginning of the process, they were thinking about changing it all and covering the walls in a pastel color palette./ Although, during the empiric experience on the field, made them realize the white would be a better complement to the green majestic garden outside and end up, painting the walls in white. The owners also decided to keep a lot of the previous interior decoration elements of the house as the beds’ structure made of steel, sisal rugs, and hazel linen curtains. Either way, was necessary to work in order to align this unique home with the carefree and informal style of its owner. For that, Viñas count with subtle tones of color, mainly green and light blue inspired by the landscape that surrounds the house. Besides that, the house is filled with bold and contemporary art pieces, modern furniture, creating a daring and attractive concept. For instance, the table imitating a pig fro, Moooi displayed in the lobby. This piece brings more ludic vibes to the environment making the people feel like this could be a place they would have fun on. The bedroom in the attic is another opportunity to take a dip in the concept. Viñas is characterized for his fun type of decor, evolving the walls and the ceiling space in Gucci the wallpaper with a Leon head bringing up chic granny vibes almost corny. Viñas put a lot of effort into the rest of the design to match everything with the cat patterned Gucci chair with the Catskills poster framed on the wall created by the graphic designer Milton Glaser as a part of his work to NY City Tourism Board. In fact, besides the pig table, the sconces with a boob image from Studio Job and neon orange stoles from Tom Dixon. The truth is that the soul of the house is the extense clients’ art collection consisting of a vast list of artists that work in the most varied areas: A huge eagle Jill Greenberg’s photography, bringing again the outdoors vibes inside, is placed on the living room, a Kehinde Wiley’s plate set, a traditional XIX century portrait (from the original house’s owner, Eugene Augustus Livingston) build on a bold look over the concept of the shift on the definition of nobility on the last 200 year. More than that can be spotted in multiple Henry Hargreaves’ photos of some participants of the annual contest of imitation of Ernest Hemingway adorn the stair space. More contends that on the previous projects, they add a lot of interesting touches of color without erasing the natural home character. A lot of people have been leaving their marc on this property over the years and for the owners, this is important as they decide to keep it as historical and meaningful while making it contemporary protecting the past and present, keeping it to the future.
