Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture designed the 1,550 feet tall residential tower. Starting 300 feet above the ground, Rottet Studio designed the chic minimalist interior of the 179 ultra-luxury residences.
The Central Park Tower apartments range from one-to-four bedrooms and consist of studio suites, full floor, duplex and triplex homes.

The tallest residential building in New York City – and one of the most expensive towers in the country – offers an outdoor terrace with a 60-foot swimming pool, a bar, and waiter service to your lounge chair. In addition, there will be a health and wellness center on the 16th floor with a fitness center, a basketball half-court, a sauna, and an outdoor children’s playground.. Central Park Tower will have an exclusive private club called the Central Park Club featuring 50,000 square feet of luxury amenities across three floors, including a dining room and kitchen with Michelin-star chefs, a lounge, a screening room, and a private ballroom.
